COLLEGE STATION, Texas – College Station police officers receive trifecta awards at the 3rd Annual Capital of Texas Police Motorcycle Chute Out in Buda, TX.
According to a press release, the event requires motorcycle officers from law enforcement agencies across the country and Canada to face off against each other in several timed courses that test their abilities as riders.
Altogether, five officers participated in the event, over a three day period competing in seven different courses.
At the end of the competition three officers placed in events.
Officer Travis Pritchett won the honors of 1st Place, Officer Robbie Turner brought home 2nd and Officer Matt Paris took 3rd place.
Money from the event supports The Sunshine Kids Foundation and the Center for Child Protection.
