After almost a week, the house stuck on a South Austin road has finally moved.

Last Friday, a moving company tried moving the vacant home down East Live Oak Street just off of South Congress Avenue when it became lodged in between the roadway.

By Wednesday, the house was still there. And it had become a haunted house and the laughing stock of social media. It even had its own Twitter account.

After a bond had been secured and a permit had been issued for the house's removal, the house finally started moving by early Thursday morning. We tracked it all the way to a stopping point in a parking lot along FM 2001 in Buda:
