Aggie Men’s BBall wins against Providence in Round One of March Madness

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina -- A big win for the Aggie Men’s Basketball team, Friday, against Providence College. The final score was 73 to 69.

The two teams played in Charlotte, NC. The Aggies will now advance to Round Two against the Winner of the UNC v. Lipscomb game.

Providence was down 17 in the second half to 1-seed Xavier in the Big East semifinals.

Robert Williams with some fantastic hustle to keep that alive, and TJ Starks finds DJ Hogg for three. Then, Starks finds Davis for the finish. Aggies have their biggest lead at 42-37, 13:51 left.
