BRYAN, Texas -- Bryan police are investigating an aggravated assault involving three men who shot a Bryan resident.

Bryan police responded to the call at the 600 block of E. 29th street on Wednesday.

Police say three men were physically fighting with a 25-year-old man. At one point, one of the three suspects brought out a gun and shot the resident. The three men then fled the scene before police arrived.

The victim was transported to CHI St. Joseph Hospital where he is in stable condition.

Police believe that this is an isolated incident and no arrests have been made at this time.
