DEA agent's daughter indicted on drug charges

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- The daughter of a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent has been indicted on drug charges stemming from her November 2015 arrest.
On Friday, a Brazos County grand jury formally charged Sarah Furay with three counts of manufacture or deliver of a controlled substance and one count of possession of marijuana.
College Station Police arrested Furay on November 6, after obtaining a warrant to search her apartment at The Cottages in College Station. Officers reportedly found more than 31 grams of packaged cocaine, 126 grams of high grade marijuana, 29 "ecstasy" tablets, methamphetamine and 60 doses of a drug similar to LSD.
Her father currently works as a supervisory special agent at the DEA's Houston Division.
Furay gained internet notoriety after smiling during her booking photo; some online named her as "having the happiest mugshot in America."
