Death ruled accidental in Sigma Nu investigation

College Station Police released the autopsy findings in the death of Anton Gridnev who died August at the Sigma Nu house.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- The College Station Police Department has released the findings of an autopsy into the August death of a Sigma Nu member
The autopsy report states that Anton Gridnev, 19, died of an accidental overdose of several different types of opiates. 
On August 20, witnessed told investigators Gridnev had been celebrating his birthday and had taken an unknown amount of drugs, including Alprazolam, Hydrocodone, ecstasy and possibly heroin.
Investigators are working with the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office to determine if any criminal charges will be filed regarding the death of Gridnev.  
At least nine members have been arrested in connection to drugs found at the fraternity house the night Gridnev died; a total of 10 men face drug charges
The local chapter has been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
