FDA Approves Texas A&M Clinical Research Trial For Muscular Dystrophy

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- As of Dec 15, Texas A&M University has released new information regarding their research with Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). 

The FDA has officially approved human clinical trials coming out of the University's Veterinary Medicine department to further cure discoveries. 

Parents of current students with DMD are expressing gratitude to A&M's progress, claiming "We are appreciative of the research that Texas A&M does and are hopeful for future generations affected with DMD.”

According to Eleanor M. Green, the Dean of Veterinary Medicine of Texas A&M, the established facilities, protocols, and oversight in place, for both the former animal research endeavors and future human trails, are "ethical."
