In the hours after the final debate between this year's presidential nominees, a letter from more than two decades ago is circulating the internet -- an example, many say, of a more civil time in politics.
The 1993 letter is from George H. W. Bush to Bill Clinton, graciously and respectfully welcoming Clinton to the White House.
After Wednesday night's presidential debate, where Donald Trump told moderator Chris Wallace that he would wait to see the outcome before deciding whether he'd accept the results of the election, many felt the contrast to the end of the 1992 election spoke volumes.
"I wish you great happiness here," Bush wrote, after losing to Clinton. "You will be our President when you read this note. I wish you well. I wish your family well."
