PETA protesters interrupt Texas A&M graduation ceremony

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- On the morning of Dec. 15, PETA protesters interrupted the TAMU fall graduation ceremony at Reed Arena.

In the video below, PETA protesters can be seen hanging a large banner from the right side of the stands.

Another PETA protestor begins to yell with a significantly smaller, handheld sign, interfering with the ceremony. In proper Texas A&M fashion, the protesters were met with a loud "HISS" from the graduating student body and then removed from the arena.

This is not the first time PETA protesters have made their opinions known in the midst of a TAMU event.

According to PETA, the school allegedly breeds dogs for crippling muscular dystrophy in experiments that have not yielded a cure for humans with muscular dystrophy.
