Three arrested in College Station burglary

Three teens were spotted going through a vehicle. They were charged with burglary and theft.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Three people were arrested for a burglary on Thursday morning. 

On June 22 around 4:45 a.m. College Station Police officers responded to the 9200 block of Brookwater Drive in the Wood Creek Subdivision for a suspicious person call.  

A resident on Brookwater called the police department to report that they had seen three men with backpacks going through his neighbor’s vehicle.

Officers arrived and were able to locate the three subjects in the area; during the course of their contact they recovered property in their possession that came from a burglarized vehicle on Brookwater.  

Officers were also able to determine that the three men were responsible for taking property from a vehicle that was parked inside a garage in the 8900 block of Driftwood.  In addition the men were determined to have taken a firearm from a vehicle that they had burglarized.  The firearm and property from the burglaries were recovered and returned to the owners.  

The suspects were identified as Trevor and Tyler Bagby, both 18 year old College Station residents, and a 13 year old male juvenile.

All three subjects have been charged with Burglary of a Habitation (1st Degree Felony), Theft of a Firearm (State Jail Felony) and Burglary of a Vehicle (Class A Misdemeanor).    

Trevor and Tyler Bagby were booked into the CSPD holding facility.  The 13 year old juvenile was taken to Brazos County Juvenile Detention Center.
