Texas A&M's Gilder to Miss 2-3 Weeks Due to Injury

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M men’s basketball head coach Billy Kennedy confirmed Monday that the Aggies will be without junior guard Admon Gilder for an estimated 2-3 weeks as he recovered from an knee injury suffered against Savannah State on Dec. 13.

In 10 games this season, Gilder is averaging 12.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game while compiling 37 assists, 13 steals and one blocked shot. He was named SEC Player of the Week on Nov. 13 after leading the Aggies to a marquee season-opening victory over No. 11 West Virginia during the Armed Forces Classic at Ramstein Air Base in Germany.
