Sterling Subaru of Bryan is hosting their free adoption event with the Aggieland Humane Society.

They’ll be at the dealership with adoptable cats, puppies and kittens available to take home for FREE!

According to the event's Facebook page, there will also be free tacos at lunchtime!  

If you’re a wine connoisseur or even just a fan, Messina Hof has a hands-on grapevine pruning workshop.

While you're there, learn a new skill and when you’re done, enjoy a glass of wine and lunch from the vintage house restaurant.

Or Ride to the Brazos with the Museum of the American G.I.

Ride to the Brazos is happening the Saturday! Feel history come alive as you ride to the Washington-on-the-Brazos State Historic Site in a GMC CCKW 2 ½ ton 6x6! After exploring the park you will be...

From 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., you can ride in the iconic truck that helped win World War II, have a barbecue lunch and end it all with a guided tour of the museum.

According to the event's Facebook page, "space is very limited! Sign up today to reserve your space! Pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation."

But if you’re looking for a more casual lunch break, Boots & BBQ will be right up your alley.

Hosted by the Arts Council of the Brazos Valley, 1 to 4 p.m. Will be nonstop fun with art music and great food. 

Tickets are $40.00 per person and come with a barbecue prepared by Hans Hammond and friends and two drink tickets.  

Renowned entertainer Chris Martinez will be performing at Boots & BBQ.
