BRYAN, Texas — Spring is in the air, and at this point, stacks of clothes in your home might be too!
Not to worry, thrift stores in the Brazos Valley will welcome your donations with open arms.
They are accepting things like clothes, dishes, seasonal items etc., and stores like the Hospice Brazos Valley Thrift store, there's definitely an uptick of donations in the spring.
In fact, Store Supervisor, Patty Agena said they go up 100%!
But that doesn't mean they'll stop taking your used items.
"We get anywhere between 20 to 30 plus donations a day, and that includes big truckloads, trailerfuls, carfuls," Agena said.
Just be sure to call the thrift store you plan on visiting before you load up your car to make sure what items they are accepting.
