22nd ranked Aggies excited for challenge of facing #1 Alabama

The Aggies know sloppy play like that won't cut it moving forward, especially this week against #1 Alabama in the SEC opener.

Despite blowing out Louisiana-Monroe last Saturday 48 to 10, Texas A&M had three touchdowns called back because of holding penalties, and the defense gave up numerous big plays.

The Aggies know sloppy play like that won't cut it moving forward, especially this week against #1 Alabama in the SEC opener.

Now thanks to the new Associated Press rankings, Jimbo Fisher and company are ranked number 22, so its now a top 25 showdown between the Crimson Tide and Aggies.

So the big question becomes, can A&M make it a four-quarter game because no one else has been able too.

The defending champions have cruised to a 3-0 start while putting up at least 50 points in each win. In addition, the Crimson Tide has outscored its opponents 170 to 28 so far this year.
