BRYAN, Texas —

Brazos County has issued a burn ban, effective for 90 days.

This means that no outdoor burning is permitted, which includes campfires, cooking fires, bonfires, and burn barrels.

The surrounding counties involved are Madison, Milam, and Robertson counties.

There are currently 106 counties under a burn ban in Texas.
