CSPD Assistant Police Chief graduates from FBI National Academy Program

Assistant Chief Couch is a twenty-two year veteran of the College Station Police Department.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas —

College Station Assistant Police Chief Billy Couch joined the ranks of more than 50 thousand graduates that now represent the alumni of the FBI National Academy Program in Quantico, Virgina.

Held at the FBI Academy, this ten week program consists of advanced training in communications, leadership, and fitness.  The training is provided by the academy’s instructional staff, Special Agents, and other staff members whom are recognized internationally in their fields of expertise. 

The 276th Session of the National Academy consisted of law enforcement from 49 states, the District of Columbia, 35 international countries, five military organizations, and seven federal civilian organizations. 

Assistant Chief Couch is a twenty-two year veteran of the College Station Police Department.  He will continue to serve the citizens of College Station through his assignment as Operations Support Bureau Chief.
