COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The Brazos County Grand Jury has indicted Terry Ratliff on murder and tampering with physical evidence.
Ratliff was charged with murder in connection with the death of Theia Flakes, a mother here in college station.
Flakes was found dead in her College Station apartment in early January.
Ratliff turned himself in to authorities in Midland, Texas after learning he was a suspect in the investigation.
