Ratliff was charged with Murder, Wednesday, in connection with the death of Theia Ratliff, according to College Station Police. He also currently faces charges of Tampering with Evidence and Assault with a Deadly Weapon. 

Flakes was found dead in her College Station apartment on Monday afternoon. 


COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Terry Ratliff, wanted in connection with the death of Theia Flakes, turned himself in Tuesday night, according to a College Station Police spokesperson.

Flakes was discovered dead in her College Station apartment, Monday afternoon.

Ratliff was wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He surrendered to police in Midland, Texas, according to CSPD.

At 4:30 p.m. Monday, police discovered the body of a woman at The Rail Apartments off of Dominik Drive. Crime scene investigators were on scene, investigating the death as a homicide. CSPD said all deaths are investigated as homicides until proven otherwise.

Flakes was a mother and is survived by her young children.
