UPDATE: 1/15/19: Three subjects have been taken into custody after a multi-county pursuit Monday evening, according to Navasota Police.
Police said they are still investigating the evidence and recovering stolen property.
NAVASOTA, Texas ---Navasota Police are searching for a suspect who fled from police after a multi-county pursuit that ended in Washington County 6 p.m. Monday evening.
The pursuit started in Navasota and ended in a crash on private property off of Pickens Rd. in Washington County, according to a press release.
Subjects fled into surrounding woods. With multiple agencies, K9 and helicopter on scene one subject is now in custody while officers continue to search for another subject.
Navasota Police are asking for any suspicious activity to be reported, and to stay away from the area.
