COLLEGE STATION, Texas — Texas A&M pitcher Chris Weber has given the team a solid third starting option on the mound of late. Once the Aggies season is done, Weber will be one of three players from the program to join the Brazos Valley Bombers.

The Bombers officially kicked off the 2019 campaign on Wednesday afternoon with a press conference at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in College Station.

It is the 13th season for the Bombers, who for the first time since 2012, are not entering the year as the reigning TCL champions.

The Bombers open at the Cane Cutters on Friday, and given the history of this organization, wearing the blue and white means a lot to the players.
