COLLEGE STATION, Texas — You have double trouble when it comes to College Station basketball. The girls are ranked number 15 in the state, while the boys are 18th.
Pretty impressive right. Well, so is this. So far, the Cougars and Lady Cougars have a combined record of 50 and 3. That is the most wins by a single school in the entire state.
The only difference between the two programs, the girls have won a district championship since the school opened seven years ago. The boys meanwhile are still chasing a league title.
That could soon change and each program would love to be holding a gold ball by regular season's end.
