College football season is over, but there was one more piece of hardware to hand out.

Texas A&M running back Trayveon Williams and former Aggie quarterback turned Oklahoma star Kyler Murray were two of six finalists for the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award which is named after the NFL Hall of Famer and Longhorn legend.

No surprise here, Murray took home the Rose Award and became the fifth quarterback in the first six years to win the trophy which goes to the best offensive player with Texas ties.
