COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The City of College Station has announced two areas of road work that will be taking place in the coming week.
Starting on Monday, Feb. 27, southbound lanes at Spring Loop on University Drive will close due to road work. The week after, on Monday, March 6, northbound lanes will close.
Additionally, Tarrow Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction between University Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, with the street's intersections with Banks and Pearce streets closing on Tuesday, Feb. 28 and Wednesday, March 1. The closure is for the repairs of a water line, according to the City of College Station.
The city has also advised that water service for some customers will be temporarily interrupted starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, March 1. The affected customers will be notified with a phone call and door tag, according to the City of College Station.
