Bob's Forecast: A dry Tuesday with lower humidity

The remnants of the front will be the focus for more showers on Wednesday and Thursday

BRYAN, Texas — Showers remain in the forecast this week as another weak frontal boundary crosses the region. Tuesday may actually be a nice day with slightly drier air behind the front making for a little lower humidity.

The remnants of the front will be the focus for more showers on Wednesday and Thursday. After that, high pressure aloft will build over Texas, turning up the heat and drying out the atmosphere.

Temperatures will top out in the upper 80s to near 90 on Tuesday and Wednesday. Look for highs in the mid 90s beginning Friday and continuing through the weekend and beyond.

Rain chances will only be about 20% on Tuesday, then up to 30-40% Wednesday and Thursday. As the upper high builds over Texas rain chances will drop to near zero next weekend.
