BRYAN, Texas — Another cool night for the Brazos Valley with lows falling into the upper-50s and lower-60s. Heading into Wednesday & Thursday, temperatures will quickly warm into the 90s.
Do not let the warm to hot temperatures fool you. A potent storm will track into the Plains sending a very strong cold front into the Brazos Valley by late Friday morning. This cold front will allow temperatures to fall from the 70s in the morning into the 60s--possibly even the 50s by Friday evening. Along with the cooler temperatures will be strong northerly winds of 15-20mph and light rain. This will make Friday afternoon & evening a little on the uncomfortable side.
Heading into the weekend, overnight lows will fall into the 40s & 50s both Saturday & Sunday morning. Highs will stay in the 70s. Temperatures quickly warm back into the 80s by Monday.
