Four arrests in armed robbery, shooting at Taco Bell in College Station
Summer Medina, 18, of College Station, is charged with tampering with evidence in connection to the robbery case. Court documents state Medina tried to cover up evidence of the shooting by throwing away clothing and wiping down fingerprints.
Isaac Vasquez, 19, of College Station, is charged with deadly conduct in the Aug. 9 shooting at the Taco Bell on Harvey Road. Court documents state Vasquez set up a drug deal between him and Jamal Zeno through Snapchat.
Jamal Zeno, 19, of College Station, is charged with aggravated robbery. Court documents state Zeno told his girlfriend, Summer Medina, and accomplice, Cody Briscoe, he planned to rob Vasquez of his money and drugs.
Cody Briscoe, 17, of Bryan, is charged with engaging in organized crime, firearm smuggling and theft of firearms. He was also arrested for evading arrest and aggravated robbery. Briscoe has been in the Brazos County Jail since Aug. 15 and is currently on $425,000 bond.
