The Tennessee Air National Guard provided an aerial view of efforts to douse wildfires burning in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The Blackhawk Helicopters swoop down through pockets of smoke to drop gallons of water on fires that have caused 14,000 people to evacuate Gatlinburg.
The mountain ranges, usually dotted by fall colors, are covered in smoke and with clusters of trees and cabins poking through.
In one clip, the pilot can clearly see cabins still burning. Elsewhere, only the charred remains and foundation are left behind.
The helicopter's pilot recorded the video through a helmet cam to share with WBIR 10News.
As the Blackhawk gets closer, to pockets of smoke become more distinct and even stop the helicopters visibility.
