ATASCOCITA, Texas — A Sonic Drive-In worker was arrested Tuesday after assaulting a customer and their daughter, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
It started when the customer complained to the carhop about an incorrect order at a Sonic in Atascocita, northeast of Houston.
Precinct 4 says the carhop threw a drink at the customer and then assaulted them. When the victim's daughter tried to intervene, she was also assaulted.
The juvenile, whose name wasn't released because of his or her age, was taken into custody and then released to a parent.
