WNBA officials raving about Chennedy Carter's pro potential

We are still over a week away from the NFL Draft taking place, but on Friday we will know where Aggie great Chennedy Carter will continue her basketball career.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas — We are still over a week away from the NFL Draft taking place, but on Friday we will know where Aggie great Chennedy Carter will continue her basketball career.

Due to COVID-19, the WNBA Draft will be fully virtual but Carter will most likely be apart of the coverage because the three-time All-American is going to be top five selection.

If Carter goes where she's projected at number four to the Atlanta Dream, then the second all-time leading scorer will become the highest Aggie draft pick in program history.

A Mansfield native, it would be cool to see Carter play for the hometown Dallas Wings, but in the very least, Wings president Greg Bibb is raving about Carter's potential as a pro.
