BRYAN, Texas — Warmer temperatures and higher humidity over the next few days before a strong cold front moves through the Brazos Valley late in the day on Thursday. Morning fog is in the forecast Tuesday morning so make sure you give yourself a few extra minutes for the morning commute and use the low-beams. The fog will quickly "burn off" shortly after the sun rises leading to partly sunny skies.
A weak cold front will sneak into the Brazos Valley Tuesday but only expect a wind shift with this front. An isolated shower is possible Tuesday afternoon but most areas will remain dry. Rain chances are at 20%.
Temperatures will remain in the 70s through Thursday before a strong cold front moves through Thursday evening. This cold front will drop temperatures into the 50s for highs to end the week. Rain chances increase Thursday with the passage of the cold front but things dry out by Friday afternoon. A big dip in the jet stream is expected to dig into central & eastern parts of the country from late week into next week, which will send frequent cold front into the Brazos Valley.
Temperatures are forecast to be below average from late week into next week.
