BRYAN, Texas — Thursday morning is starting off on the cool side with temperatures in the upper-30s & lower-40s, but more importantly, it is dry.
The dry weather will stick around Thursday afternoon under sunny skies. Temperatures will remain cool despite the sunshine with highs in the low to mid-50s.
A reinforcing surge of cool air will move in Thursday night as a surface high pressure builds south from the Plains. This will allow overnight temperatures Thursday to fall into the upper-20s & lower-30s by Friday morning. This means a frost & freeze is likely for the Brazos Valley.
A big warming trend occurs over the weekend.
